The Scottish Republican Socialist Movement condemns the Israeli state's brutal onslaught on the 1.8 million people living in the densely populated Gaza strip.
The SRSM is appalled by the death of over 300 Palestinians. Over 70% have been civilians and over 30 of them have been children.
The SRSM calls for an end to this slaughter.
We also call for the withdrawal of the Israeli army form Palestinian territories and an end to the development of settlements in East Jersusalem and on the West Bank.
And finally we send solidarity greetings from Scottish Republicans to the Palestinian people in their struggle for national liberation.
